Mrs. Padma Chander, is the daughter of Founder Sri P.H.Subraminiam Garu and Co-Founder of The Rishi Group of Institutions. Honorable Founder Secretary has completed her M.Ed, B.Ed in English and is Montessori(AMI)Trained. Withholding such high qualification and expertise, She tactfully handles Teachers and Children. She has single handedly trained all the teachers and guides them constantly to bring forth the highest performance from each child. She strongly believes that Schooling is a must and is the first and most important step for building a promising future for the society . A versatile and an efficient leader who inspires all through her motivational speeches that encourages and brings positive feelings in everyone.
